Credit Card


From July through November of last year, there was a tech problem between our point-of-sale system and our credit card readers. In a nutshell, charges run through the system showed as pending but were not processed and customers were not charged for those purchases.

We spent the last five months trying to get the issue resolved and frankly we had given up on the idea that this ever would be fixed. But last Friday we received an email from our credit card company saying that they were at last ready to process the transactions, some of which were now nearly eight months old. 

Some of you may see new charges from us on your card statements. These are legitimate, not duplicates or fraud. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reply to this email with any questions or concerns.
